Lance was a pleasure to deal with. His communication was exemplary, keeping us up-to-date with progress and issues along the way, and talking to us about choices as we went along. His workmanship was also exemplary, and he came back to make a couple of little adjustments quickly. The subcontractors were excellent, too. A few little issues with the tiling, but everything was worked out to our satisfaction.

Had Lance at LBD and his trusted contractor's do a full bathroom renovation of my 1960's house. I can't speak highly enough of the result! From start to finish, Lance and team were a delight to work with. Lance laid out several options to suit my budget and once decided upon provided a simple to understand payment structure ticking off the major milestones of the build. Really great communication, kept to timelines, consulted me throughout, providing advice and guidance. I'm so happy with it
