Our tiny bathroom needs a new life. The space is 2.95 x 1.21 and holds a full bathroom and laundry but it was very poorly designed. We don't have an official design yet but we do have an idea of what we want, please see pictures for reference. Remove bath .gybing, then Tiling and waterproofing for an area above a bath.

Had a leak below the bath level so bath needs to be removed so the plumber can access leak . Then existing tiles removed from walls and the same wall area regybed waterproofed and retiled. I can supply waterproofing, tiles and grout. The bath on the side has some tiles so they will need to be replaced aswell if they get broken removing the bath. Area to be tiled on the wall is 1.6 m L x 800 wide b x 1950 h. Will need to work in with plumber so if you have a plumber thats all good.

Need new cabinetry, bench tops, appliances and flooring. Not looking at wholesale remodeling but a good face lift. Also look at ways to add a bit more space and function. Add a bit more clearance between the bottom and top drawers if possible. Move the dishwasher to the other side and replace with a half capacity one etc.
