Flooring has been pulled up so exposed floor atm due to having to replace shower as the mixer was leaking and running down wall etc. Plumber fitted new shower but wish to have new vanity installed and floor laid. I have included pictures of the worst parts of floor damage, the new vanity, towel sale needs replaced, walls are painted with wrong sorts of paints as you can see in next photo with vent.
