We want to renovate the bathroom at the rental property we own in Rangiora, The tenants have provided measurements for the bathroom as --- . There is also a toilet beside the bathroom that requires upgrading as well. We are envisaging the successful person will remove existing shower, vanity, bath, mirror, heated towel rail, toilet and replace these with new items to be supplied. There will also be tiling to the walls and around vanity & bath. There will also be a requirement to repaint ceiling & walls for both bathroom and toilet rooms. We're looking for someone who will arrange the additional trades (ie plumber & electrician) where required. The property is currently occupied and the tenants are planning to take leave during the period of the renovation.
