Need a consent for a new layout and additional toilet. This will need drawing. Once consent is received we can go ahead with the works. Need to move a wall and install all new vanity, shower, toilets, paint, doorways, plumbing, lighting, ventilation. We have contacts for tilers, plumbers and sparkies.
