Remove 4 brick piles and install 6 m steel beam to support roof. Then frame and gib interior of basement so it can be used for office space. Builder works from draughtsman design (have already) and install beam to specs from structural engineer (have specs already) I have obtained council permit to install beam which will be have to signed of by Registered Builder and Council Inspector.
