I didn't see the work personally as I live 8 hours away but he sent photos and it helped big time. He picked up some other rotting and odd jobs that he brought to my attention and gave me further advice to protect my asset which I really appreciate as I'm a woman on my own and need a reliable honest and trust worthy builder. He has offered to keep an eye out on a second hand item which could save me thousands and hopefully install in future so I'll definately use this trady again. :-)
