Work within a reasonable time frame, actual work will need to be carried out efficiently as only bathroom/toilet and we have a toddler. Current bathroom removal, moving toilet from seperate room into bathroom. RE-gibb/ ceiling of laundry and removal of current toilet cubicle walls. Bathroom door to be re hung on opposite side. Small area of new wall/ door and doorframe to be fitted. Happy to discuss estimated cost of job if estimate is unrealistic

Our old farmhouse bathroom is passed it's used-by date.
