Hi, I have a bathroom in a unit (which is rented, currently empty) that has had a gradual leak. So I need the current bathroom ripped out, some floorboards replaced and wall fixed, then all new fittings and fixtures added. It is small, maybe 2x2. Need a good but quick job done.
