Plumbing for shower and kitchen install

We are installing a new shower in the laundry which is on the other side of the new kitchen. We have a builder organised to install the shower but we need the plumber to do the hot/cold water for both the shower and the kitchen sink & possibly the dishwasher which will fit next to the sink (underneath the bench top) the kitchen and shower are marked out. Needing a quote first then we can engage in the job.
