We currently have two small bathrooms which I would like made into one. Eliminating the need for 2 vanities etc. I do have some drawings of possible scenarios but have not contacted the council as yet. I have been told we will probably require a supporting beam where the interconnecting wall will be removed. There will also be a separate toilet that will need to be reclad in whatever we decide for the new bathroom and a new toilet installed. It will also require a new privacy window so the outside wall will need boards replacing where the existing windows are. I am looking for a bathroom that is functional, easy to keep clean and lower maintenance than we currently have.
