Small Bathroom Renovation + Consent

Looking for a builder for our bathroom renovation job, there’s a wall we’re looking at removing if possible structurally and applying for consent if also needed. Also looking at removing one of the doors and moving it over to install a barn door/sliding door. Looking for a builder to come out and let us know if it would be possible to do + any additional work that will be required for the bathroom. Please note It’s our first home and we want to do as much of the work ourselves as possible so our budget is not big, we just need a builder to do any sort of reinforcing of the roof/walls that may be required. However, we are also going to be needing our kitchen redone too at some point soon so may have another opportunity there for whoever does our bathroom work.
