I would like to move the opening to the walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom from its current position to the other side of the partition wall, either with a cavity sliding door if space (and budget allows) or a door the matches the bathroom door and opens outward. The wall is a partition wall so I don't believe it is structural. The current entrance to the wardrobe can be seen to the left in the second photo.

New En Suite. Converting Master Bedroom into an ensuite bedroom by connecting to the adjoining bedroom. Requires Vanity Unit, Toilet, Shower and heated towel rail. Walls to be tiled partway up the walls. Building consent has just been granted. There will be an ob site variation to the plans reducing the number of vanity units from two to one. As the existimg infinity system is fairly new there is no need for a second new Rinnai Infinity system.

Removal of window and replacement with French doors

We have an external front window (approx. 2.3m wide by 1.4m high), that we need replaced with french doors Our house is 1960's brick veneer and the currently installed window is wooden. We are organising a set of French doors to fit the final cavity size, so what we need is a competent builder to remove the window, cut out the brickwork below, and install the doors and lintel and tidy up to a high standard. Photos show the widow to be removed.

Shower liner has a crack. Potentially leaked through top floor to bottom. Worked required : remove shower liner and gib. Replace with new gib and liner. Shower base and glass to go back in if not damaged or doesn't impact water tightness once removed, otherwise entire shower is to be replaced. This in an insurance job so need a quote first. Access can be obtained through contact with the tenant.
