It looks like the has been a slow leak from my shower and a patch of plaster has crumbled (again). The shower tray has been resealed twice and this has not solved the problem. I would like the shower cubicle removed, damage fixed and the cubicle and shower unit replaced.

Our current bathroom is very outdated. I would like the toilet replaced, the walls tiled with subway tiles, the floor tiled with French tiles and the current shower box takend out and replaced with a walk in tiled shower with glass sides. Also the current vanity to be taken out and replaced with a vanity side table. Please see the photos for the look I wish to achieve and the other photos for the current bathroom. It is a small bathroom.

We have a number of buildings in our Marae Complex that require renovation (Abulution block, x2 Wharenui, x2 Wharekai) All buildings need to be completed and brought up to current code.
