Ensuite Shower door has leaked and damaged the floor (chipboard?) under the lino. I have pulled up a bit of it to see what the damage was but cant tell if it has gone under the shower base or not. There is also another small patch of lino that has been damaged and water has gone under making it bulge. Floor needs to be repaired or replaced/waterproofed (I'm not sure if the damage is bad enough to need replacing?). And new lino or flooring to be laid. The shower leak needs to be repaired also.
