Avoid this company/Patrick. He built a retaining wall completely different from the agreed plan—crooked and not up to code. Two independent LBPs confirmed the poor workmanship. He also charged for plumbing work that was never done and caused a sewage blockage, costing us more to fix. Despite clear evidence and documentation, he refused a refund. We’ve taken the matter to the Disputes Tribunal. Beware and avoid to prevent similar issues. Hope Builderscrack takes action to stop his operation here.
