We currently have a bath tub in our en suite & we're wanting to put in a shower (space is 700 x 900). We also need to raise a custom built vanity sink a few cms. We have had the initial plumbing done & we've stripped back to gib, we just need some help with the shower & vanity and then we'll get someone to plaster & then paint the room. We had another builder lined up but he's got too busy & we've been living with no shower for a couple of months now so we'd like to get this done asap.

We need to replace 7 x windows + joinery. We already have a quote and a window schedule lined up we just need a team of builders who can install the windows. Sizes of the windows are on the images and all new joinery going in will be double glazed. We have brick cladding but we are hoping that the windows can be taken out from the inside and just replace the Gib plasterboard once the install has been done. Ideally this job will be done in the next 8-10 weeks.

The job includes kitchen and laundry installation, and some electrical and plumbing work as well. Please see the attachments for the drawings including measurements.
