Walls are gib with painted wallpaper. Ceilings are pinex. Floors particle board. Job is to strip walls and ceilings, replace dusty old batts and re-gib. Remove all the rubbish. There’s a trapdoor in the hallway ceiling will need remaking. Not sure the state of the wiring - might be a few days downtime after stripping before relining while electrician is in.
