This was a nightmare. Monex broke our back window, which they fixed. They damaged our floor, they left all their rubbish including nails and building material in the backyard. This highlighted the importance of getting everything in writing as Monex stated many things that they then denied was ever agreed. The worst part was that they wanted 95% of the money when only 40% of the work was finished which was not agreed in the contract. Then they started not to respond to any emails
