I would like the floor replaced as it has rotted through (made of the weetbix material). There is a shower over a bathtub. I no longer want a bathtub just a place to shower , a bathroom that an elderly person can walk into with their walking aid if need be, so I picture a bathroom with only a shower and a vanity , fully waterproofed. Our oven nook has been leaking in heavy rain as it is under a chimney and we need to get this fixed up, we would also like to replace the oven at the same time and look into getting a gas oven installed. we would like to get rid of the plaster board and take it back to brick, and install a 90cm freestanding oven in the space.
