Tiling and initial plumbing were completed well and on time, but the vanity installation was poor. A non-plumber contractor damaged a pipe, nearly flooding the bathroom — a serious risk if we hadn’t been home. The vanity feet weren’t removed as requested, and a door removed for tiling was never reinstalled. Overall, the lack of care and expertise left us disappointed.
