The current shower needs to be removed and any floor or walls with rot to be replaced. There is definitely one floorboard to be replaced but don't know if leak has gone under the floor. The shower lining is loose so suspect water has got behind it. I already have a plumber who can install the new shower.

I am urgently looking for a registered plumber to help me install a new shower unit and a vanity with sink into a rental property in Martinborough. Will replace the existing shower and vanity with sink with the same layout and size so should not need to adjust the existing plumbing much. Will need to demolish and remove the existing units.
