Alvid is a great guy to deal with and cares about what he does and his clients. The contractors he used worked very hard, sometimes communication was a little difficult but not a big deal. Overall we are happy with the project, some of the finishing was not perfect but Alvid was happy to discuss and we came to an agreement we were both satisfied with. I would use Alvid in future but i would be very clear exactly which finish I was wanting to achieve, a clear plan is advisable.
