Bathroom installation on sleepout

Needing a basic bathroom to be installed in a sleepout (my daughter will be living in it) including toilet, vanity and shower with door. Can be secondhand items. I believe it will need a plumber, builder and drain layer. We have drawings by a draftsperson, and consent is in process with the local council. We have purchased the property but cannot start work till late November after we move in. Attached are drawings of specs.

Amazing - Daniel worked so hard to get our bathroom done for us and even managed it to be ready ahead of schedule! We are so grateful for his commitment to our project and went over and above to ensure everything looked really great.
