Peter was very reliable and arrived on time each work day. His suggestions for how to proceed with the job fix were clear, and gave me the confidence to choose the best solution to the problem. Work was completed on schedule, and the final quote was exactly as expected. Will definitely work with him again for other house fixes!

Stake boundary fence

Timber Fencing & Gates Berhampore, Wellington

5.0

To us both Peter and Ian had true old fashioned values and attitudes in their approach to the work. They were prompt in providing excellent communication, fully detailed quotes and a very clear time table for the work to be done. This provided us with confidence before the work commenced. They did what they said they would do and did it. Totally satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the occasion arose. Thanks again for a great job

Old French doors are leaking.

Timber Repair & Maintenance Ngaio, Wellington

4.0

Peter had a look at the leaking French doors and identified a cause of the leak, and a couple of other possible contributory causes. He fixed the main cause and said we'd have to see if that stopped the leak completely, and if not investigate other potential causes. He was clear about what needed to be done and about the possibility of other work that might need doing. He came when he said he was going to and kept in contact. The leak appears to have stopped so far.
