Hi. I have all the bathroom items ready to install. Will need nogging out before putting up gib - older style house. At this stage old boards have been removed and its ready to begin. I have a plumber and a sparky ready to go when I am so just need someone to fit shower, toilet and vanity. Just looking for rough idea of how much. Painting and flooring not required.

Re-frame and re-clad 2 exterior walls remove fireplace and chimney, also replace old windows on oldest part of the house. Only equipment needed will be saw/drill to cut out holes for shower, taps etc and a workbench. There will be another worker onsite who can help with lifting and installation
