WORSE TRADESMEN EVER!! THE JOB WAS NOT FINISHED BUT THEY SENT AN INVOICE ANYWAY. WHEN I SAID I WAS NOT PAYING UNTIL JOB WAS FINISHED THEY SENT MY ACCOUNT STRAIGHT TO A DEBT COLLECTOR!! NEVER CAME ROUND TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM, JUST STRAIGHT TO A DEBT COLLECTOR. I WAS HARASSED NON STOP BY THE DEBT COLLECTOR FOR 2 WEEKS AND TOLD IT WOULD COST ME AN EXTRA $250. UNTIL I SAID I WAS GOING TO THE SMALL CLAIMS TRIBUNAL. FINALLY AFTER 3 MONTHS OF ARGUING THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. I HAVE RUN RENTALS IN PALMERSTON NORTH AND HAVE HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH TRADESMEN. THESE GUYS GET THE OSCAR FOR WORSE TRADESMEN EVER!! Reply: We provided you with a quote to wet and forget your paving area and remove leaves. This was undertaken plus while our guy was onsite undertook additional work at no charge. After chasing you for payment for 3 months you then sent us photos of more leaves that had obviously been blown in since . Out of goodwill we had our guy return and remove those leaves . We still had to then chase you for payment. Maybe the Oscar should go to you as a poor payer.

Terrible service - almost double the quote and when I asked for itemisation of extra cost was told no. Finished product wasn’t what I asked for but told my fault as I was shown technical drawings but was never told or specially shown the difference from what I told them many times what I wanted. Agin my fault and my issue now. Absolutely terrible follow up customer service. I paid all invoices on times on a close to 90k job. Absolutely an thoroughly do not recommend. Reply: We are disappointed that you are not happy with your project. You were supplied consented drawings by a third party designer which you signed off on and engaged us to build. This project was completed exactly to these plans and overseen by one of our licenced builders. The council signed off the completed project. The gap between the house and the deck that you are now upset about was as per the plan and explained to you by the designer, builder and council. This was a legal requirement.
