The corrugated iron roof has an average visual condition due to loose nails, bubbling paint, silicone repairs and numerous areas of surface corrosion. We'd like a quote for treating the areas of concern and for total replacement of the roof and flashings. We'd probably go with the same type of material but would be open to other suggestions. Would like this work to be done in the next couple of months, weather depending.
