The corrugated iron roof of the British Hotel in Lyttelton needs repairing/replacing. It had a parapet pre-quake, but am happy to replace parapet guttering with standard guttering. There are 2 parts to the job. 1. The gutter above the entrance door ( see photos ) has rusted through and requires replacement. It has rusted because the slope is wrong. Small sleepout needs new corrugated roof, ridge cap, barge caps, eave flashings. Simple gable roof, 4.7m length. One sheet 1.6m, other sheet 2.4m from gutter overhang to ridge.
