Guttering and Fascia board replacement. Gutter at front of house is 11.3m long and is two storeys high. Gutter at back of house is also 11.3m long and 1 storey above the ground level. Side of house gutter is 4.65m long 1 storey high. Extra section of board 1.65m long accessible from deck also needs replacing.

Skylight roof leak

There is a leak in the roof - near a skylight. It only leaks when there has been heavy rain. The roof is on the garage and the whole structure is only a few years old. It is slightly sloped and easily accessed by a ladder. The GIB in the ceiling inside needs replacing once the leak has been stopped.

Port view villa

Our villa needs to be re-roofed. A large section of the roof needs to be replaced. The door has two peaks with a Central Valley, it is currently corrugated iron and we would like to use colour steel for the re-roof. The current roof is in very bad condition and some work may be needed on timber. The villa is 160m2. Our main aim is a durable, weather-proof roof. Thanks, Matt.

Need a down-pipe installed.

Water is leaking through a corner section of the guttering above my bathroom. The water builds up at the corner because the nearest down-pipe is on the other side of the house and the gradient is not strong enough. I think it needs a new down-pipe installed at the corner where it is currently leaking. The guttering material is metal, green colour-steel. If it's easier to install a white down-pipe then that's fine.
