There are 2 parts to the job. 1. The gutter above the entrance door ( see photos ) has rusted through and requires replacement. It has rusted because the slope is wrong. ( since we bought the house 10 years ago ). The guttering is metal. This is not an earthquake issue by the way, I noticed the problem when I bought the house but ignored it !! 2. We have a 1970s, 2 storey house with a metal guttering system. When we get heavy rain, the gutter cannot move the water fast enough and it flows over the back edge onto the top-side of the soffit. Small sleepout needs new corrugated roof, ridge cap, barge caps, eave flashings. Simple gable roof, 4.7m length. One sheet 1.6m, other sheet 2.4m from gutter overhang to ridge. Ideally, new guttering needed either side also, with downpipes. Could be a good job for someone who has quality off cuts that fit the dimensions. Old roof will be removed beforehand.
