Small sleepout needs new corrugated roof, ridge cap, barge caps, eave flashings. Simple gable roof, 4.7m length. One sheet 1.6m, other sheet 2.4m from gutter overhang to ridge. Ideally, new guttering needed either side also, with downpipes. Could be a good job for someone who has quality off cuts that fit the dimensions. Old roof will be removed beforehand.

We have a 1970s, 2 storey house with a metal guttering system. When we get heavy rain, the gutter cannot move the water fast enough and it flows over the back edge onto the top-side of the soffit. There is a leak in the roof - near a skylight. It only leaks when there has been heavy rain. The roof is on the garage and the whole structure is only a few years old. It is slightly sloped and easily accessed by a ladder. The GIB in the ceiling inside needs replacing once the leak has been stopped.
