Roof leaks above my kitchen area, Water come through the ceiling during heavy rain and appeal on the bench from the joint of walls. Some are drip from chimney Sealing. Need someone who can do the proper job to fix it ASAP with a reasonable price. Had a builder check the roof few times but he couldn’t figure out any problem. (I posted similar job before but got a phone call and thought original building company would handle it, then cancel the post, however they turned out just playing me around. ) Our roof is making very loud noice when there is a strong wind, which causes us not able to sleep at all. URGENT 25 year old 2 storey house, has concrete tile and Decramastic tile. Is leaking in several places. Have fixed some places but more leaks this morning and a serious amount of water coming in. Will try to find the problems when it gets light but will need someone to help. I think it needs an overhaul to track down all the problem areas.

Roof rescrew, replace flashings

Our roof needs the main ridge flashings, gully flashing and edge flashings replaced. Also its needs all old nails removed and the rescrewed down watertight. It has a shallow pitch roof. The house is made up of two rectangles, joined diagonally . See the drawing attached. I will repaint the roof once work is complete.
