A section of roof guttering needs replacing, plus one down pipe. Continuous Colorsteel Spouting galvanised iron preferred. Around 5 meters length of spouting, The length of down pipe is around 3 m, just a normal height of a house from the ground of one ground floor level house. The house is 2 storey but this section is on a lower roof section only the ground floor of the house.

Polycarbonate roof sections on our veranda roof have deteriorated. The veranda roof merges/connects with the main roof. This transition needs to be 100% waterproof and has to be flashed properly. There are eight panels over three sections. I will add photos tomorrow.

A small bach (50m2) in Arthur's Pass village needs its roof repaired and maintenance carried out. The roof material is short run iron and some areas are starting to rust. Some roof fixings have started to "pop" and risen. The flashing is missing between the roofing and the cladding. The guttering is also starting to rust and leak. Water is ponding in the gutters. The roof needs to be made weathertight as there is evidence of leaks.
