We had the gutter installed over a new porch a while back but unfortunately it turns out all the water from the roof comes down to this point. This has caused the gutter to buckle and distort. With this distortion the water is falling off the porch a different way and flooding into the garage. A small bach (50m2) in Arthur's Pass village needs its roof repaired and maintenance carried out. The roof material is short run iron and some areas are starting to rust. Some roof fixings have started to "pop" and risen. The flashing is missing between the roofing and the cladding. The guttering is also starting to rust and leak. Water is ponding in the gutters. The roof needs to be made weathertight as there is evidence of leaks.

Needing a new long run colour steel roof on our ... square style villa (plus ‘lean to’ kitchen section at rear and front veranda) Will be keen to start after winter and have finished before Christmas if possible but current roof is still weather tight so timeframe can be negotiated out as needed. I've got one quite long piece of sagging gutter that needs to be fixed somehow. When it rains the water pools in it and essentially spills out of the small cuts in it half way up the gutter, as opposed to the water flowing around the gutter down the pipe.
