Remove and replace 40 sqm Butynol (27 years old). Several patch repairs have been made in recent years as temporary leak fixes, these need to be permanently dealt with as part of Butynol replacement. Roof has some areas where water pools, see photos, so drainage needs to be attended to properly. A small area of gutter realignment also required.
