Great, professional communication, although a little slow initially. Job within timeframe agreed. Waterproofing was completed well, good result - refer Trades photos uploaded. Reinstatement of roof tiles/ridge & re-mortar was a really rough job, done by sub-contractors, they needed to return to make good. Fabio was very professional in his handling of our feedback and arranged the fix. End result better, but not good, so that has impacted overall review.

Fabio responded promptly and came to the sight to assess the problem. He advised us on what needed to be done and how his team would make the repairs - which involved repairing flashings where needed and fixing loose roof iron. The quote was thorough and clear. Within a day and a half, all the roof nails had been replaced with screws and roof flashings repaired. Good work team. Next day his team arrived — removing existing lead-head nails and replacing with roof screws. the
