The corrugated iron verandah roof on one side of our house does not have a metal flashing between the two right angles of the roof at the corner of the house. The flashing required is about 2.8 metres and has 3 sets of wooden small beams underneath to which the flashing could be fixed. Consent application is with Council now, we expect to be scratching dirt in September, floor down in September, framing up October, maybe roof on in November? 148 metres squared in size.
