Hi there - I have a 1970s decramastic tile roof. It’s been repainted in the last year or so but now we have leaks.... quite bad ones. I can’t afford a new roof replacement so looking at someone who could take old tiles off, lay new paper, maybe flashings etc and replace a few of the badly damaged tiles maybe 10 or so - I do not have any spare tiles so you would need to be able to source them. Need to find source of leaking roof. We have water dripping down inner aspect of outside wall, found when redecorating so urgent to stop the leak. Likely to be raised roof nails so the job will involve lifting one or two Metrib/T Rib style sheets to check source of leak and then replacing nails with roofing screws across the whole roof.
