Concrete Walkway Waterproofing & Epoxy Coating – Zetas Motel, Hamilton

This project involved repairing and upgrading an existing concrete walkway at Zetas Motel in Hamilton. Cracks in the concrete were repaired and filled before applying a waterproofing layer to help prevent moisture penetration. A grit system was incorporated for improved slip resistance, followed by two final coats of epoxy flooring to create a durable, hard-wearing and easy-to-maintain finish. The completed system improved the walkway’s safety, waterproofing, appearance and long-term durability.

Kingscourt Motel

Client wanted us to inspect the roof. We found alot of waterproofing and rust that needed to be adressed. To prolong the life expectancy of the roof, we did what we loved doing. Re-store the roof and give it new life. First things first and this was making sure the site is safe for our crew by installing edge protection. Moss treatment, Rust treatment, rubberise waterproofing and water blasting was part of our preperation. We then applied a galvanise primer on the entire roof and applied 2 final coats in the colour of the client's choice.

Very professional, date of completion took longer than agreed due to bad weather however they always make sure to advice as for the delay. Danie however try and find a way around to come some other day-weather permitting to makeup for the time loss. Well done.
