Concrete Walkway Waterproofing & Epoxy Coating – Zetas Motel, Hamilton
Project description
This project involved repairing and upgrading an existing concrete walkway at Zetas Motel in Hamilton. Cracks in the concrete were repaired and filled before applying a waterproofing layer to help prevent moisture penetration.
A grit system was incorporated for improved slip resistance, followed by two final coats of epoxy flooring to create a durable, hard-wearing and easy-to-maintain finish.
The completed system improved the walkway’s safety, waterproofing, appearance and long-term durability.
