Partial roof repair / replacement

Sent through details of the problem of the roof leaks including property manager contact details for access. Was suggested a roof report and then a quote. Was not told about the cost of the report until asked which then was told it would be $270+gst. An option for the quote would be given if met onsite and show the areas of concern - details were provided previously with property manager contact details as well as mine. Felt it would be too troublesome by then to continue.
