Raymond and his workmate Junior did a very professional job. They were neat and tidy and completed the job on time and below budget. I had few additional maintenance repairs to shower, laundry and replacement of defective hinges in my kitchen cabinet. All very professionally done and with flexibility. Both speak very good English and as such it made it very easy to explain various works to be done. I highly recommend Raymund Builders for Kitchen, bathroom and general maintenance works.

This was via a property manager, and the tenants are happy with the workmanship so 5 stars there (not directly observed). Cost was good, clearly explained - where additional options added separated out. Schedule was very good and very fast. Communications were excellent with regular txt, email, and phone calls. All in all a very professional operation and will use again in future.

His communication was excellent - always keeping me updated and addressing any questions I had, the work quality was top-notch, and he finished everything on time. The only issue was the subcontractor bathroom painter, who left a mess, but Surinerstepped up, took responsibility, and made sure everything was cleaned up and resolved quickly. Overall, I’d highly recommend him for any renovation project!
