I had few additional maintenance repairs to shower, laundry and replacement of defective hinges in my kitchen cabinet. All very professionally done and with flexibility. This was via a property manager, and the tenants are happy with the workmanship so 5 stars there (not directly observed). Cost was good, clearly explained - where additional options added separated out. Schedule was very good and very fast. Communications were excellent with regular txt, email, and phone calls. All in all a very professional operation and will use again in future.

His communication was excellent - always keeping me updated and addressing any questions I had, the work quality was top-notch, and he finished everything on time. The only issue was the subcontractor bathroom painter, who left a mess, but Surinerstepped up, took responsibility, and made sure everything was cleaned up and resolved quickly. Overall, I’d highly recommend him for any renovation project!
