Not only was the workmanship excellent, but he also went above and beyond to make the whole process easier for me. He was reliable, respectful of my home, communicated clearly, and took real pride in the quality of his work. The end result has made a huge difference — everything looks great and functions perfectly. Would recommend.

Resham offers good value for money and was always helpful and communicative. He travelled all the way across Auckland for a second site visit when we still had some questions. I was impressed by this as ours wasn't a high value job. The materials and components used are are in the affordable bracket, but this made the end result, well, affordable. So good value for money but not high end. Again Resham is very friendly and very helpful which is really important to me in a tradesperson.

His communication was excellent-he kept me informed of any issues as they came up, particularly those related to the previous build, & was proactive in helping find solutions. I'm really pleased with how the bathroom turned out. Russ also offered practical advice on how to paint the walls ourselves, which was a great help as we were doing that to save on costs. This was my 1st renovation, but thanks to Russ’s guidance & expertise, I felt well-supported

We hired T to renovate our small bathroom with a shower over the bath and he has done an excellent job of transforming it into a modern and comfortable space. T had great communication throughout and his building skills are of the highest quality. The tradespeople he used were also excellent communicators and of a high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T as a builder to work on renovating any part of a house and we would definitely hire him again.
