We hired T to renovate our small bathroom with a shower over the bath and he has done an excellent job of transforming it into a modern and comfortable space. T had great communication throughout and his building skills are of the highest quality. The tradespeople he used were also excellent communicators and of a high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T as a builder to work on renovating any part of a house and we would definitely hire him again.

The project lasted a little over a month, which was a little longer than expected but Ali communicated it throughout. The workers were very polite and completed all work to a high standard. We’re very pleased with the results. Ali has a good eye for design and attention to detail. Also, he has a good understanding of the requirements for passing the consent and we passed all inspections in the first go so we didn’t waste any time or money. We were updated of progress throughout including costs.

Installing new plasterboard, getting it ready for painting. Fixed the flooring where there was an old leak and getting the floor ready for tiling. Would highly recommend Blair

The work was fiddly and in a tight space. The result was tidy and looks great. They did everything on time and without any problems.

The work had to be carried out to a tight time schedule between tenants and there were no delays. Blake also accommodated a last minute installation of ceiling insulation after the old ceiling lining had been removed and revealed no insulation. Highly recommended.
