Communication was clear and timely throughout and he cheerfully and quickly took care of an unexpected request for an additional change, as well as a product which needed replacing due to a manufacturing fault. The calm and quick response when things didn’t go exactly as planned was great. I am very happy with the end result and would happily choose to work with him again.
