San was fantastic, friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop on costs the whole way through. There was no bill shock at the end which I really appreciated! We love our new kitchen and are really happy with the final result vs. the cost. Resham's design was easily the best we saw, and the component quality is solid for the price point. However, communication was pretty bad. Unanswered calls and messages were common, and I constantly had to chase just to find out what was happening. I passed this feedback on and got an apology, but saw no improvement. Ultimately, we're happy with the result, but not the happiest with the experience.

Was super helpful providing the shower and advising on size etc. Sam moved the mirror cabinet to make sure I was happy with the height and organised a plaster to come and complete some touch up work that was needed.

What started out as a small job grew and grew. CK and his team did a really good job of getting it all done. It all took a bit longer that originally expected and they were able to fit me into their schedule due to my tight timeframe. The quality of the work done is excellent, the tidiness could be an area for improvement. Communication was ok but at times I was unsure if they were going to turn up or not and left hanging. All in all I would highly recommend this team for any work
