House movement - concern?

We've got a few cracks around door frames and window tiles lifting. Is the house frame sinking while the bricks aren't? Not sure what's going on but keen for someone to take a look and see if it's cause for concern / action.

Lift front

French Bay, Waitakere

The front of the house is built on ground blocks on fill. Built in 1975. The face has dropped and been reshimmed several times since then. The ground has stabalised but the floor is out of level by about 100mm. Lift and repile. Probable need for a low retaining wall about a metre out from the front face of house.

Renovation

There is subsidence around couple piles in my property due to soil shrinkage and require the piles to go down 900mm (currently 600) as advised by a geotechnical engineer. And some foundation maintenance. Immediate / End of month start.

Surface levelling before kit set shed install

Installing a large kit set storage shed, but before this is done we need a level surface around the side of the house. Can supply images if this helps. Require a quote for the levelling job but also interested in having the kit set shed installed. If you can do both amazing, if not, the levelling is the most important aspect of the job.

Partial repiling of 60s wood home

Minor foundation repair

We noticed a crack in the door frame in the lounge area mid last year. It caused door jamming until a door guy fixed it earlier this year. A structural engineer visited our site & recommended an extra pile to support that area in order to prevent it from happening again! Can you help fix this defect to prevent further deterioration to the house.

Sub Floor Structural Repairs

Remove double boundary joists along entire length of wall and replace with 150 x 50 H4 tantalized RS joists. Weatherboards will need to temporarily be removed to access the rotton boundary joists as there is limited access from under the house.

Slab extension for spa pool

I am looking for professional concreters to pour a slab and a footing ( all formwork and reinforcing steel will be done by the end of this week) at the beginning of next week.
