Concrete pad for garden shed

I need concrete pad for garden shed 4210mm * 2545mm. The Floor should be made 15mm smaller than base size. Should include mesh as heavy materials will be stored. Gap 20 and sand should be compacted before 100mm (as minimum) concrete applied. Need job to be done asap, dead line is 15th of January.

Screw piles

Hi I'm looking for 6 steel screw piles to be installed at my house to support a spa pool. The spa pool will sit on plywood and timber framing (all been designed). Setting out will be done by myself. I'm in West Auckland so the soil is clay which should be suitable for screw piles. The screw piles need to be corrosion protected such as stainless steel or galvanised. Concrete slab next to garage

It is the are under the laundry room, which flooring that will most likely need to be replaced all the way into the kitchen part of the house. To do the job jacks will need to be used to support the house when the replacement wooden beams are being replaced.

Have noticede a couple of dips and slopes in the floorboards of our house. Builders report 3 years ago pointed out nothing to be concerned about with the piles but I want to get it checked out. Whole house is carpeted but there is easy access to the underside of the house.

Installing support posts and bearers

Foundations for cabin
