Floor slab and blockwork

I want to add two rooms, one on top of the other. This will require a 20 square metre floor slab and block foundations for one full and two part walls (one side adjoins the existing house and the fourth will be wooden framed for windows etc.) The blockwork is built into a slope, consisting of 2.4m tall 4 metre wall and two stepped down 5metre walls. I am after prices on the floor slab and blockwork only. The job is still several months away....

Re-piling

Our house is situated on the side of a hill. The piles that are closest to the hill are actually looking alright. There are just a few piles that are very wonky that we would like someone to take a look at and see what the costs involved are. As the house is situated on the side of the hill the access to the underneath the house is open and has a door to walk in and is well lit. I will try and post some photos of the piles in the next few days.
