deck extension - piling + concrete works

Hi all! I would like to get in touch with parties interested to discuss a piling job for a deck extension. I need quote for set-out, drilling for piles, excavation to achieve required surface grade, spoil removal, preparation for a 4m x 1m concrete slab, boxing, etc. I already have the wooden poles and the reinforceing steel. I can try and arrange for concrete delivery and concrete pump if this is outside your scope. Please note that I am not after offers for builder's work for the whole job at this stage, I need to see the piles installed first. Summary: a total of 13 holes are to be drilled, diameters 300mm and 400mm, the larger ones go up to 3.2m deep. There are 6 poles 175SED and 4x square 125mm poles. The new concrete slab is an extension to an existing slab and is a capped beam design (3 cast piles with reinforcing, capped beam with reinforcing, 12mm starters at 400 centres from the exsiting slab). I can engage separately a steel placer if this is outside your scope as well. Preferrably whatever holes are drilled one day have to be concreted the same day (that's what the specification says). If this is not achievable in one day then an extra Geotech and Council inspection will have to be paid extra (by me of course). Contractor to advise about possibility to drill all holes one day and have inspection next day for all the holes followed by concreting of all holes the same day as the inspection. I would like to start end of November (early December?). Preferrably smalll equipment to be used (not 17t digger, please) to protect driveway, digger has to be equiped with rubber tracks. Existing dwelling is a pole house, this project involves placing some of the new poles less than 1m away from existing, suitable level of experience in this type of work will be expected.
