Drop in decking

I've notice lots of separation in our decking upstairs and downstairs we have decking that has been on the move for a couple of years. We have a creek on the side of the property that the drop is happening and the water from the Auckland floods came right up to the deck. The lower deck does have a small shed/sleepout on it. The recent moment had happened quite quickly, over the past few months.

Subsidence & doors jamming

Have had a couple of doors starting to stick/jam and have also noticed some cracks in garage concrete floor adjacent to one of the doors that is jamming. Notice gap opening up between moulding and ceiling above one of the doors. Also have brick veneer vertically cracked.

Releveling

We had extensions done some years ago but now have the issue with subsidence. There feel sets of French children Doors and a single door (with adjacent screen door) that have issues - either difficult to close and of lock. The original house(70s) is on a concrete block base, extensions are on wooden piles.

Laying down concrete

Considering removing the paving stones on the path and in front of house, and laying concrete down (with a simple, plain finish). Taking out part of the garden to widen the path (see red area on photo). And making a new edge. Would like it to be sloped between the two levels (i.e. no step). We can remove the pavers ourselves, to help keep costs down.

Pour concrete slab for an outdoor hot water cylinder.

Will be installing a new outdoor hot water cylinder and want a good solid concrete slab to seat it on. Dimensions 750mm x 700mm. Needs to bear load of ~430kg (full 300L cylinder) Photo shows location where cylinder will be installed, replacing existing gas water heating. Ground at this location is level.
