Urgent Job - Installation of Hammer Cage Ground Sleeves

We are urgently needing someone to install metal ground sleeves for a Hammer Throw Cage. This will require the following: -Cutting existing concrete for 2 sleeves. -Digging holes for 4 sleeves and 2 anchor footings. -Surveyor to setout sleeve & anchor positions. -Setting up, boxing and pouring 4 sleeves and 2 anchor footings (30MPa concrete). -Ероху 10 anchors to the existing 125mm thick slab.

Foundation raising due to expanding and shrinking soil

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with one room in my property where the Foundation is moving up and down due to soil expansion and shrinking. I have done a preliminary assessment of the issue. So one of the suggestions was to raise the foundation using foam under the concrete slab. I am also open to other ideas to fix the foundation like raising and re-piling. Looking forward to expert opinions and quotes. I haven't put a budget, but this can be discussed and I am looking forward to fix it as soon...
