Laying down concrete

Considering removing the paving stones on the path and in front of house, and laying concrete down (with a simple, plain finish). Taking out part of the garden to widen the path (see red area on photo). And making a new edge. Would like it to be sloped between the two levels (i.e. no step). We can remove the pavers ourselves, to help keep costs down.

Really pleased with how the concrete has turned out, the end result exceeded our expectations (and was actually better than what we had initially scoped/visioned). Sam and his workers did a great job of preparing the site for the pour, and the work afterwards. They took care to keep the site as clean as possible, and tidied up well afterwards. Great communication too. Happy with our choice to pick them, and will happily recommend them to others.
