We have a 2 storey rental in Massey, 10 years old bought as a new build. It's on a fairly steep section, the piles on the one side have all of a sudden dropped. There is a crack in the lounge ceiling above the effected area. The concrete is exposed with gaps in the ground beside the concrete. Not sure if it's a pile issue alone, or if the ground is shifting.
